Where will the Spa or Pajama Party take place?
The Spa Party will take place at your home or place of your choice i.e. a Country Club, Community/Neighborhood Club House, Hotel or the Social Room at your Church.
How do I book a Party?
To reserve a party date, please fill out the Contact Form below, or just call us at

We ask for $100 (girls packages) or $200 (ladies packages) as a Non-Refundable Booking Deposit to reserve your date and time.
What do I have to do to have my place ready for a Spa or Pajama Tent Party?
We plan the Party together over the phone accommodating our equipment into your space. Spa parties can be set up in any size room (indoor or outdoor). Pajama tent parties are indoor only and need a minimum floor space of 6'x6' per tent. You may need to move some pieces of furniture into a different room if having a pajama party. Please note that the pajama party space needs to be clear when technicians arrive to your house.
We need about 1 hour to set up and 30 minutes to clean-up. Please plan your day around this since you'll need to be at the house while our technicians are there.
How early can I book a Party?
We recommend reserving your date well ahead of time as spaces fill up quickly. However, if you are considering a last minute Party, please contact us for availability.
What is the cost of a Party for a group of 12 or 14 Girls?
The final price on large groups is based on the age of the girls, number of services given in the party package and the number of Party Hostesses required. Please contact us so we can give you a detailed quote.
Do you serve out of the Richmond area?
We service different counties and areas in VA within a 60 mile travel zone* from Short Pump, Henrico,VA. There is no fee if the party location is within 20 miles of Short Pump. A fee after the first 20 miles is applied.
* Conditions apply when traveling over 20 miles and also on overnight tent rental. Contact us for details.
Can siblings participate in the Spa or Pajama Party?
Our spa and pajama party packages are prepared prior to arrival based upon the head count written on the Contract. Please make sure siblings of the guest of honor are included in the final headcount for the party if you want them to participate. We will not be able to accommodate last minute guests.
Are the Spa treatments and products safe for the girls?
All products used are natural and/or non-toxic. Francesca Spa parties is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by the use of any lotions, scrubs or nail products during or after the Party. It is the responsibility of the guest, parent or guardian to inform us of any specific allergies. Our services are for ENTERTAINMENT purposes only. For safety reasons, we do not use tools or cut cuticles/nails. Parents are encouraged to bring girls nails polish-free and clipped.
Is the Ladies massage preformed by a certificate massage therapist? Yes, the technicians providing massages, scrubs and face treatments in our Ladies Spa Parties are licensed, certified and experienced massage therapists.
What are the suggested ages for the Spa or Pajama Parties?
We believe our Girls Parties are best suited for ages 5 - 15. Young ladies 16 years old and up can perfectly enjoy our Ladies Spa Parties which are suitable for women of all ages. Our Party Packages suit different age groups, please see details on our Party Packages page.
What if a guest does not show up, will I still be charged for that guest?
Yes. You will be charged for the final head count written on the Party Contract. The final head count will have to be confirmed not later than four days before the Party. If we do not receive such confirmation, you'll be responsible for the estimate number on the Contract.
What happens if a guest arrives late?
We recommend ALL guests arrive on time in order to get their full treatments. Guests arriving late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to. This way, the party stays on schedule with the least amount of disruption. We are unable to extend party hours due to late arrivals.
I need to cancel/re-schedule the Party, what are my options?
We will be happy to offer you the next available date to re-schedule. Please note that if you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason your deposit is non-refundable. A new deposit will be required when rescheduling your party date.
What happens if a Party is canceled due to inclement weather?
If we cannot make it to the Party due to extreme weather conditions, we will return your full deposit or make alternate Party arrangements that are convenient to you.
